A minute is measured from the moment a call connects until it ends. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest minute for billing purposes.
Any usage beyond your included minutes is charged at the overage rate shown on your plan. You can also pre-fund a credit balance to cover overage automatically.
Each seat multiplies your included minutes. For example, 2 seats on a plan with 2,000 included minutes gives you 4,000 total minutes per month.
You can request a plan change at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan through the end of the current period.
Package minutes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, any credit balance you've topped up does carry over between billing cycles.
You can set a credit balance threshold and top-up amount. When your credit balance falls below the threshold, we automatically charge your card on file to replenish it.
